Reserving Your Date

How do I reserve my date?

To reserve your date, we require a non-refundable deposit of $750 plus tax at 5.5%, $41.25, which equates to $791.25.

Can my down payment deposit be moved to reserve a different date?

Your downpayment can be moved to another date available within the same calendar year. If a date is reserved within a different calendar year, then a new deposit will need to be made.

When is final payment for venue due?

Final payment is due one month before your wedding date.

Your Vendor Options

Are we able to choose our own caterer and other vendors?

Yes, you may choose all of your own vendors. However, we are more than happy to help you if you need suggestions.

Can we bring our own alcohol?

No, we are licensed with the State of Wisconsin and no carry-ins will be tolerated. We provide our own licensed bartenders.

May we bring in our own pop/soda and water?

Yes, you are able to bring in your own pop and/or water, etc. We provide a washstand and/or tubs for these items. You will need to have a designated person in charge of re-stocking this.

Ice is available for purchase on site.

Venue Details

How many guests can the venue accomodate?

Depending on setup, the entire barn can hold up to 280 guests plus the bridal party table.

The main level of the barn can hold up to 22 round 5 foot tables, in addition to bridal party table. Each round table holds 6-8 guests. Depending on your setup, total guests in the main area = up to 176.

The loft area may hold an additional 13 round 5 foot tables. Each round table holds 6-8 guests. Depending on your setup, total guests in the loft area = up to 104.

Are tables, chairs, and linen included?

Yes, tables, chairs, and linen is included for up to 300 guests.

Do you have china available?

Yes, we can give you a quote for china for the full reception or just the head table.

Do you do flowers?

Yes, we can give you a quote for table centerpieces.

Do you have restrooms on site?

Yes, we have modern men’s and women’s restrooms on the same level as the reception area.

Do you have a room for the bridal party to get ready in?

Yes, we have a bridal room right off of the kitchen area for the ladies to prepare for the wedding.

Do you have a kitchen area for food prep?

Yes, we have a kitchen for caterers to utilize for preparation of the meal for the reception and/or for family to utilize for rehearsal dinner. We also have four outlets beneath serving tables which are on different circuits.

Is the barn air-conditioned?

No, the main level of the reception area is not air-conditioned, but is equipped with ceiling fans, as well as exhaust fan. The bridal room, kitchen and bathrooms are insulated to help keep this area cooler.

Is the barn heated?

Yes, the reception area does have radiant heaters hanging from the ceiling to help take the chill off in cooler weather. The kitchen, bathroom and bridal room area is heated with forced air furnace.

Are you open for weddings year-round?

No, we mainly host weddings May through October. However, at times we make exceptions for April and early November.

Do you allow pets?

Yes, we do allow couples to have their pet a part of their day. However, we ask that a designated person be responsible for the pet, as we live on a busy state highway.

Are you handicapped accessible?

Yes, the main reception area, bathrooms, kitchen, bridal room and back deck area are all accessible through the main barn entry.

Are we able to decorate the day before the wedding day and have rehearsal?

We recommend you book the full weekend rental (Friday 10:00 a.m. through Sunday 11:00 a.m.) for the most relaxed event. You are able to book a one day event with the hours of 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 a.m.

Do you have parking on premises?

Yes, we have a smaller gravel parking area in the front area of the barn, along with additional parking in grass area, weather permitting for early spring weddings.

Can we leave vehicles overnight?

Yes, we prefer your guests to leave their vehicles if necessary.

Are we allowed an outdoor ceremony?

Yes, you may have your ceremony outdoors, and utilize the chairs on site. HOWEVER, chairs are not able to be set up until the morning of the ceremony, and must be brought back into the main barn either by wedding party and/or guests.

Do you provide props?

Yes, we have numerous doors, wine barrels, wood centerpiece discs, candle holders, flameless candles, etc. for additional fee. Ask about props available for rent.

Do you have electrical available for outdoor ceremony?

Yes, we do have electrical outlets available for different ceremony areas outside.

Do you allow overnight camping?

Yes, we may at times accommodate a limited number of campers. Please ask regarding this option.

Do you have a fire pit?

Yes, we have a fire pit behind the wedding barn to utilize. We will provide the firewood.
